Improve your strength, coordination, and appearance in this 30 minute class. A series of exercises, using the stability ball, designed to strengthen your abs, back and glute muscles.

KIDS ON THE MOVE:
Children ages 5-12 participate in 45 minutes of age appropriate exercise.
ST30 CRUNCH ( Starts Sundays in January)
A whole body, 30 minute, interval circuit class. For all fitness levels. Loads of fun!! Get a great work out in 30 minutes. A quick but intense work out!!
