Aquatic Therapy is a therapeutic
exercise program instructed by trained
physical therapists in the pool environment.
The purpose of the program is to
rehabilitate patients with musculoskeletal or
neurological conditions using the buoyant
and resistive effects of water.
Personal
Training
During the course of any training program, we hit
dry spells when what we've been doing just isn't
working any more.
Whether weight loss, or advancing our strength, or
gaining more flexibility is our goal, sometimes we need
an extra push to get us motivated to get our edge back.
Trainers here at The Club Fitness Center can help you
redefine your program, and motivate you to get back on
track with your workouts. They will help you identify
your needs and goals, and personally put you through
your paces and show you the form and intensity you need
to make improvements.
By setting up appointments with a personal trainer at different
times during the year, you can assure yourself of an efficient
and effective workout, with continued fitness progress.
Rehabilitation
The Club is proud to host two area rehabilitation
services at its facility. Having quality rehabilitation
services after an illness, accident or injury is the
key to recovery and regaining the strength and vitality
you need to live life to the fullest.
Having these fine
services at The Club Fitness Center, gives you access
to pool rehab and “State of the
Art” exercise equipment, without having to leave
Greenville!!

to continue with a program to get your whole body strong,
and build on the foundation gained through your Physical
Therapy Program.
